Coming from a farming background, I have over 40 years of house repairs and maintenance, small business manufacturing and computer experience.
“Pay peanuts and you get Monkeys” I quote per hour for smaller jobs, and do half-day rates and full-day rates for bigger projects and am happy to discount for Seniors.
I will complete jobs to a standard only I would accept. I consult with clients on completion to make sure they are happy with my standard of work.

His hands-on approach, combined with strong project management skills, means customers receive reliable workmanship, honest advice and clear communication from start to finish.
Living in Subiaco has given Ned a real appreciation for the character of the area’s older homes (or as he jokingly calls it, “Shabiaco!”). He understands the common repair and maintenance issues these homes present and enjoys helping homeowners preserve their character while keeping everything working properly.
